Plunderland from JohnnyTwoShoes is going to be huge! You want this game. Take the best parts of Rolando, Angry Birds and Pocket God and put them into one game and you get Plunderland.
The concept if the game is that you are the ghost captain of a pirate ship in which you control by tilting. Attack other ships, islanders and more in this fun adventure.
The physics engine is great. The characters are cute and entertaining. And the gameplay is unique. Pull back to fire, pick up enemies and cannonballs and fling them. See the YouTube video below for a better idea of gameplay.
This game is a must have iPhone game that will soon be getting a lot of attention. I’m predicting it will be in the top ten apps by the end of the weekend.
Regular visitors to this site already know how much I love Doodle Jump so it’s always great to see the little Doodler guy make it into other games as well.
The latest game that doodler is in, is Finger Physics. In the full version of Finger Physics you can choose the Doodle Jump pack and instead of removing blocks to drop the egg into the correct location, you have to drop a bouncing doodler into the basket. Check out the screenshots below to see how the entire levels are updated to have a doodle theme.
Try out the lite version of Finger Physics to see if it’s your type of game before purchasing the full version, or if you a hardcore fan of Doodle Jump, just purchase the full version so you can see Doodler in another game.
I am a huge fan of the original Ragdoll Blaster. I remember shooting those little ragdoll stick figures at a targets for hours and it was always the first game I would pull out and let others play. Now, Backflip Studios has released a sequel to the game. While I haven’t tried this game yet, the early reviews are coming back very positive. It’s the same concept of the first game, to hit the target with your ragdoll by shooting them out of a canon. The graphics have been completely redone and updated from graph paper with a doodle theme to the style seen above and below. And there are all sorts of new puzzles to overcome.

I highly recommend trying out Stair Dismount Lite. This a game where you choose the angle and power of how to knock a ragdoll down stairs. The more damage the poor guy receives while tumbling down the stair, the more points you rack up. The great physics and top notch sound effects (of cracking of bones) will surely make you cringe.
There’s not a lot to this game, but it’s oddly addicting. I’ve spent tons of time finding different ways to knock the guy down the stairs and sadistically watch as he tumbles down. The lite version only has one set of stairs vs. the full version’s nine different levels. The full version includes much higher stairs, a spiral staircase and much more.
Definitely check out the free lite version and see if this is your kind of game.
iBlast Moki is free for today only. This is a must have game and I highly recommend picking it up. This is a game that I recommend getting at the full price so for free you don’t want to miss it.
iBlast Moki is one of the best, if not the best puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. I’ve described this game is on this site before as an amazing physics based puzzle game with similarities to Rolando. The basic gameplay consists of trying to get your Mokis into a red circle using the various items provided, such as bombs, balloons, rope and more. Check out the video below to get an idea of how to play.
