Chop Chop Runner is free today. This is an amazing game and probably in my top 10 best games for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Check out the video below to see how the story, fast pace, and simple mechanics come together to make a great game.
You do not want to miss this one! I’ll be honest. The controls seem weird at first but this only and you won’t make it very far your first couple of games. This is because once you hit a bad guy, you will always land safely on the next platform. If you’re not expecting to land safe you will jump and and that jump will cause you to fall after you do land safely.
The trick to this game is realize that you only have to hit the jump/attack button (which is actually the whole screen) only once when there is a bad guy in the screen. And even if you’re falling still tap the screen. You can be saved if a bad guy shows up. You’ll fly toward them saving you from the fall.
All in all, Chop Chop Runner is a fun, cute, fast paced pick up and play game that you don’t want to miss. And remember give it a few games to get a feel for the pace.

Tiptop: The Last March is a Lemmings style game where you draw lines to create bridges, walls or ramps to get your continuously walking characters to their goal. While the characters dont have different jobs like in Lemmings, their survival depends on you having to time and properly draw lines to avoid spikes, acid and other enemies.
While it’s not as in depth as Lemmings, it’s still a fun game and worth having on your iPhone, iPod touch or ipad.
Fruit ninja is one of those games that is really fun and you cannot put down, but you’re not entirely sure why. The graphics are really good, but its just fruit flying through the air. The sounds design is great (good squishing sounds), but again it’s mostly just fruit getting sliced up.
I really think this game is so addictive and fun to play solely because of the gameplay mechanics. It’s so simple it’s amazing. Fruit flies up across your screen and you swipe with your finger to chop it in half. Your game is over if you miss three pieces of fruit. The game is also instantly over if you chop in half one of the random bombs that flies across the screen.
Why are you a ninja that hates fruit? Why is someone as trying to kill you with bombs? Why is this game so addictive? It doesn’t matter. It’s awesome!
I consider this game a must have. Especially if you like pick up and play games. You won’t regret purchasing Fruit Ninja. If you don’t believe me or just aren’t sure, check out the app store reviews. They are overwhelmingly positive.
